To the Muslim

I would like to show you what the Quran says about Jesus because it is my hope that you believe in the true God of the Bible. Jesus did in fact die and He paid the sins of all people, including Muslims. Let’s examine how Jesus appears to be more important than Mohammed, himself and what the Quran says about Jesus.

Jesus is mentioned 25 times in the Quran and Mohammad is only mentioned 4 times. In the Quran chapter 3:44-55 it says that Jesus is:
-The Word of God
-Spirit of God
-Jesus Christ
-That Jesus created a bird out of mud (so Jesus is a giver of life).
-Jesus cured a blind man
-Jesus cured a man with Leprosy (so Jesus can heal people).
-Jesus gave life to dead people
-Jesus went to heaven
-Jesus is still alive
-Jesus will come back again

It is interesting to notice that Jesus is mentioned MORE times than the Prophet Mohammad. Why? In the Quran, you will also find mentioned about Jesus that:
-Mohammad never spoke when he was 2 days old, but Jesus did.
-Mohammad was not called the Word of God, the Spirit of God or the Christ, but Jesus is.
-Mohammad never healed anyone, but Jesus did.
-Mohammad never raised the dead, but Jesus did.
-Mohammad never created life from dirt, but Jesus did.
-Mohammad died.
-Mohammad will not come back, but Jesus will.

So far, when comparing the two, it appears that Jesus is of more importance and significance than Mohammad, but let’s continue to investigate.

How does the Quran say that God created the universe? The answer is through the Word of God. So is the Word of God the creation or the creator? If the Word of God is neither Creator, nor creation (in the Quran), then you can see why as Christians, we call Jesus the Son of God. He also made this claim in the Bible.

Remember this: The Quran says that God can see without having eyes and can hear without having ears, so this being true, then God CAN have a Son without having a wife! Just as it says in the Bible. “Behold the Lord Himself will give you a sign, a Virgin shall conceive and bear a son and she shall call his name Immanuel.” (Isaiah 7:14).

In The gospels of Matthew and Luke in the New Testament and in the Quran, it describes Mary (Mariam) as a virgin; according to Christian theology she conceived Jesus through the Holy Spirit while still a virgin. The miraculous conception took place when she was already betrothed to Joseph. In the Bible, betrothal was a legal marriage contract, but the physical consumation would not occur until the groom returned, after having made a home for the two to live in. If you look in the Quran, there is no mention of Mohammad’s mother or the name of any woman, except for one: Mariam (Mary).

Let’s compare some more:

In the Quran, Allah is the Master and his followers are called his slaves. Allah does not mention that he loves his slaves and slaves do not love their Master. The Bible tells us that “I no longer call you slaves, because a master doesn’t confide in his slaves. Now you are my friends, since I have told you everything the Father told me.” John 15:15

The Quran mentions that the consequence of sin is death, but so does the Bible. Romans 6:23 (King James Version): “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

In order to remove death, one must replace it with life. Jesus says, “I am the way, the truth and the life, NO MAN comes to the Father EXCEPT through me.” John 14:6

This is a radical claim, here Jesus is stating that if He is the way-ALL other ways are wrong. If Jesus is the truth – ALL other ways are lies. If Jesus is the life – ALL other ways are death!

In order to remove darkness, it must be replaced by light. the Bible says, ” When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” John 8;12

If you read the first verses of the book of John, you will read:

“In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God. He existed in the beginning with God. God created everything through him, and nothing was created except through him.
The Word gave life to everything that was created, and his life brought light to everyone. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it.” John 1:1-5

Friend, come out of the darkness of sin and see that you can KNOW you have eternal life through Jesus. With Allah, the Quran does not guarantee that you will have eternal life. With Jesus, He sacrificed Himself for all! There is NO greater love! The believer in Jesus is guaranteed eternal life in heaven. The Quran speaks very highly of self-sacrifice, Jesus also agrees with this in the Bible. Jesus said, “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends” John 15:13. Jesus is described as being the ultimate sacrifice for everyone because God loved us so much.

In John 1:12 it reads, “Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.” When you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, He adopts humanity into the family of God, Jesus is the mediator that allows us to be called His children. God is the Father and we are His children. There is no greater honor than this. Allah never calls his followers heirs, but slaves. Which title do you prefer?

You must decide which God you will serve: Allah or the God of the Bible. Allah is called the Great deceiver and the destroyer in the Quran. There is no close relationship with Allah. In the Bible, God is called love:

“7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. 8 Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love. 9 In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him. 10 In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 12 No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God abides in us and his love is perfected in us. 13 By this we know that we abide in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit. 14 And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world. 15 Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God. 16 So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him. 17 By this is love perfected with us, so that we may have confidence for the day of judgment, because as he is so also are we in this world. 18 There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love. 19 We love because he first loved us. 20 If anyone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen cannot[a] love God whom he has not seen. 21 And this commandment we have from him: whoever loves God must also love his brother” I John 4:7-21

The Bible tells us that we have all sinned, and are therefore separated from God Ecclesiastes 7:20 says “Not a single person on earth is always good and never sins.” And also Romans 3:23 says “For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard.” We were created to have a relationship with God. Because of our sin, we are separated from that relationship. Even worse, our sin will cause us to be separated from God for all of eternity, in this life and the next. Romans 6:23; says “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.” Acts 20:21 says “I have had one message for Jews and Greeks alike-the necessity of repenting from sin and turning to God, and of having faith in our Lord Jesus.” John 3:36 “And anyone who believes in God’s Son has eternal life. Anyone who doesn’t obey the Son will never experience eternal life but remains under God’s angry judgment.”

The good news is Jesus is the way! Jesus told us, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me” John 14:6. Jesus took our sin upon Himself. 2 Corinthians 5:21 says “For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ.” What kind of love is this that Jesus died in our place. Romans 5:8 says “But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners taking the punishment that we deserve.” Three days later, Jesus rose from the dead, proving His victory over sin and death (Romans 6:4-5). Why did He do it? Jesus answered that question Himself: “Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends” (John 15:13). Jesus died so that we could live. If we place our faith in Jesus, trusting His death as the payment for our sins, all of our sins are forgiven and washed away. We will know our true best friend and good shepherd. We will know that we will have life
after we die-a resurrected life in heaven for eternity with Jesus! AMEN!

2 Corinthians 5:17 says “This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun.” It’s a new beginning, all those sins God has forgiven and will remember no more!

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16).

If you would like to have eternal life with our Lord right now, just turn away from your sins and repent, say the prayer below asking Jesus to be your Lord and Savior:

Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, that I have falling short of what you wanted from me. Right now I want to repent from my sins and ask you into my heart to be my Lord and Savior. I ask your forgiveness of my sins through the shed blood, death and resurrection of Jesus on the cross. Fill me with your Holy Spirit, guide and direct all the days of my life Lord. It is in Jesus saving name that I pray, Amen.

When you say at the end of a prayer, “Amen” means that your agree with the prayer, you are saying Lord make it so in my life.

If you are still not convinced, continue reading.

There are many Muslims that do not read their Quran because they are told that only their Mullah can interpret the Quran for them. We all are able to think logically for ourselves and I encourage all Muslims to read both the Bible and the Quran and compare them. Muslims are taught that the Quran is “corrupted.” They are told that the Bible is inaccurate. On my blog, all can see that the one proof of an omniscient God is that of Bible prophecy. It is always fulfilled at 100% accuracy and very specific to detail, such detail, that it can only come from the true God. After having read the Quran, I have found that it is the Quran that is indeed corrupted. Let’s take a look and I encourage you to read it for yourself and question your Mullah about it.

Quran 2:79 Therefore woe be unto those who write the Scripture with their hands and then say, “This is from Allah,” that they may purchase a small gain therewith. Woe unto them for that their hands have written and woe unto them for that they earn thereby.

Quran 3:78 and indeed, there is among them a party who alter the Scripture with their tongues so you may think it is from the Scripture, but it is not from the Scripture. And they say, “This is from Allah,” but it is not from Allah. And they speak untruth about Allah while they know.

No where specifically it says that Torah or Injil is corrupted.

But

The Quran Says in Surah 10:94 “so if you are in doubt, [O Muhammad], about that which We have revealed to you, then ask those who have been reading the Scripture before you. The truth has certainly come to you from your Lord, so never be among the doubters.”

Quran also Says in

• Quran 6:34 says God’s word cannot be changed.

• Quran 6:115 says God’s word cannot be changed.

• Quran10:64 says No one can change his words.

• Quran 18:27 says No one can change his words.

• Quran 5:44-48 says that the Bible is God’s word.

• Quran 6:154-157 says In Torah everything is explained.

• Quran 62:5 those who don’t understand are like a donkey.

• Quran5:47 Judge by Gospel to the people.

• Quran5:66, Quran7:169 people should act according to Torah.

• Quran 5:68 Stand fast according to Torah and Gospel.

There are many more Surah (Chapter) ayat(verses) to prove support that the Bible is not corrupted.

My question for you, if you are a devout Muslim and actually read the Quran (without needing someone interpret it for you):

If you claim that the Bible is corrupted, then you are saying that Allah has not protected the word given to Jesus. If Allah was unable to protect the word “Gospel”, then there is no guarantee to say that the Quran is protected or preserved.

If Allah is all powerful and his word is too, then if Christians have changed the word of Allah given to Jesus, then Christians have become more powerful than Allah.

In the Quran 5:47 it says to “judge by the Gospel.” If the Gospel is corrupted (as Muslims accuse Christianity) then why did Allah tell Muslims to judge or answer Muslims, per the Gospel?

One of God’s attributes is omniscience. If Allah knew that the Bible is going to be corrupted by Christianity, then why does Allah tell Muslims to judge Muslims from the Gospel? This proves that Allah is not omniscient.

My hope is that you will see for yourself, out of your own Quran that it is not a reliable text. This is not to anger you, but to show you to use the reasoning that God has blessed all with to see the truth of Jesus Christ. I will be posting more evidence and proof periodically and continue to pray for the salvation of every Muslim.
